Okay, so it may not be the longest island, but after finding out that “Greenland” is the world’s longest island by claims made at this website, I think “Long Island” has a more appropriate name for the “longest island” claim than Greenland (sorry those of you from Greenland, not trying to insult your mother-land).
Anyway, on with some news; tomorrow we’ll be playing in Northport, NY (which is in Long Island). At the Northport Baptist Church. It’s been a few since the last time we were there, but we’re really excited to be asked to come back and play for them. We’re praying the night is blessed and all who are there (including us) can come together to worship the Lord. Well, maybe I’ll post again tomorrow on how it all goes…until then, grace and peace!
